Foundation Construction: Site leveling, foundation pit excavation, concrete pouring, and pre-embedding of anchor bolts.
Slab Forming: Galvanized steel slabs are continuously formed through uncoiling, leveling, and spiral edge stitching to create 30-40mm wide reinforcing ridges.
Silo Body Rolling: Sectional rolling and lifting are performed using specialized equipment, simultaneously completing the interlocking and sealing.
Silo Top Installation: Conical or arched silo tops are prefabricated and installed.
Silo Installation: The silo body is fixedly connected to the foundation's embedded parts.
Ancillary Facility Installation: Includes automated systems such as ladders, trestle bridges, manholes, temperature monitoring, and material level monitoring.
The steel silo manufacturing process also includes the following key technical points:
Slab Pretreatment: Steel plates must undergo sandblasting to remove rust (Sa2.5 standard) to ensure a surface roughness of 40-70μm, enhancing coating adhesion.
Forming accuracy control: A laser diameter gauge is used for real-time calibration during plate rolling, ensuring roundness deviation ≤3‰ and perpendicularity deviation ≤5mm/10m.
Welding process: Longitudinal seams are welded using double-sided submerged arc welding (H08MnA welding wire + SJ101 flux), and circumferential seams are welded using gas shielded welding (CO₂ protection). All welds undergo 100% ultrasonic testing.
Strengthened structural design: A circumferential stiffening rib (L100×10 angle steel) is added every 3-5 meters to the cylinder, achieving a wind pressure resistance of 1.5kN/m².
