Full-Process Production Technology

1. Raw Material Storage and Conveyance

Qualified limestone with particle size 10–50 mm is transported to the plant yard and loaded into receiving hoppers by loaders. After conveying and screening, qualified limestone is weighed and conveyed to the top silo of the preheater. Screen undersize powder is uniformly collected and processed to ensure raw material purity, laying the foundation for subsequent calcination.

2. Limestone Calcination

Material is fed from the preheater top silo into the preheater body, where it is preheated to over 1000°C using high-temperature flue gas from the rotary kiln. After partial decomposition, the material is pushed by hydraulic pushers into the kiln tail section. Following calcination at 1100±50°C, it is discharged into the vertical cooler. Cooling air is blown in by fans, and the cooled air is then introduced as secondary air into the rotary kiln to participate in combustion, enhancing energy utilization efficiency.

3.Product Conveyance and Storage

The cooled finished lime is transported via chain conveyor, bucket elevator, and belt conveyor to the finished lime storage silo. Multiple circular storage silos are configured according to customer storage capacity requirements.

4. Flue Gas Treatment

The high-temperature flue gas generated by the rotary kiln combustion is cooled through heat exchange in the preheater. It then enters a cyclone dust collector to capture coarse particulate matter before proceeding to a baghouse dust collector for deep dust removal.
