Spiral steel silo production lines are storage devices employing a spiral design. This equipment is suitable for storing grains, building materials (such as cement and fly ash), agricultural and chemical raw materials, and its applications have expanded to petroleum coke storage, lithium-ion battery material production, ferroalloy manufacturing, and water treatment.

The equipment is formed on-site, with a linear speed of up to 5 meters per minute. The silo body is made of high-strength steel, with a typical service life of 15 to 20 years. It adopts on-site assembly, adaptable to different scenario requirements. The accompanying inlet/outlet system and environmentally friendly anti-corrosion coating balance automated management with environmental friendliness. Its process utilizes double protection with silicone sealing strips and glass glue, and is equipped with a wind-resistant design structure. The spiral interlocking process ensures the silo's airtightness (≤0.8P). For materials such as petroleum coke, calcined coke, and needle coke, there are corresponding specialized silo technologies with high airtightness, anti-segregation, and nitrogen protection. This type of steel silo has a relatively short construction cycle. Product specifications range from 100 to 50,000 cubic meters (diameter from 3 to 50 meters), enabling the construction of large steel silos with storage capacities from 10,000 to 100,000 tons. The height and diameter of the silos can be selected within a wide range, with a minimum spacing of 500 mm.
