The manufacturing process of a spiral steel silo production line is as follows: Equipment is positioned on-site. A 495mm wide coil is fed from an uncoiler into a forming machine to form the required geometric shape. After being fed into a bending machine, it is interlocked, forming a continuous spiral strip 30-40mm wide and five times the thickness of the base material on the outer side of the silo wall. Support wheels automatically lift the silo to the required height before lowering it into place. This spiral interlocking process ensures the silo's airtightness (≤0.8P) in high-temperature and high-humidity environments.

It possesses certain characteristics in terms of performance and durability.

It can adapt to various climatic conditions and has the capability for rapid emergency construction.

The spiral interlocking process achieves airtightness, making it suitable for storing various bulk materials.

Construction cycle and cost control are considered, while also helping to reduce dust pollution, conserve land resources, and control related expenses.

It is designed with space utilization and management convenience in mind.
