Cleaning: Regularly clean dust and debris from inside and outside the lime kiln equipment to maintain cleanliness and prevent equipment malfunctions caused by dust accumulation.
Lubrication and Maintenance: Regularly add lubricating oil or grease to all moving parts of the lime kiln according to the equipment manual to ensure smooth operation and reduce wear.
Tightening Inspection: Check whether the connecting bolts of all components of the lime kiln are loose. If so, tighten them promptly to prevent parts from falling off or being damaged due to vibration.
Temperature Monitoring: Monitor the temperature of critical parts of the lime kiln. If the temperature is found to be too high, stop the machine immediately for inspection and troubleshooting.
Electrical System Inspection: Check whether the electrical wiring is intact, whether the wiring is secure, and whether switches, buttons, etc. are working properly to prevent electrical faults from affecting equipment operation.
