The advantages of lime kilns are mainly reflected in energy conservation and environmental protection, high-efficiency production, and long service life. Lime kilns adopt advanced energy-saving technologies, which can effectively reduce energy consumption and pollution emissions; they are sturdy, durable, and have a long service life; intelligent temperature-controlled rotary kilns can achieve precise calcination, making them suitable for the production of highly reactive lime.
High-activity lime production: Modern lime kilns (such as TGS, sleeve kilns, and rotary kilns) can produce high-quality lime with an activity of ≥300 mL, meeting the demand for highly reactive lime in industries such as steel, calcium carbide, and chemicals.
Strong fuel adaptability: It can use a variety of fuels, including coke, anthracite, blast furnace gas, coke oven gas, calcium carbide tail gas, and natural gas, and is especially suitable for utilizing industrial waste gas to achieve resource recycling.
High degree of automation: Equipped with a PLC control system, intelligent material distribution, automatic ash unloading, and material level detection, reducing manual intervention and improving operational safety and stability.
Environmental compliance: Adopting a fully enclosed design and a high-efficiency dust removal, desulfurization, and denitrification system, particulate matter emissions can be as low as 30–50 mg/m³, and some technologies can even meet ultra-low emission standards without additional desulfurization and denitrification equipment.
